If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and receiving refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in their original condition, packaging, or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at hamziiii131@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at hamziiii131@gmail.com and follow the return instructions provided.
